These Terms govern your use of the INTERA International Services website and the engagement of our services. They are provided as a template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on them.

Services

INTERA provides translation, interpretation, consulting, and intermediation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in the written quote we provide and that you accept.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are fixed for the scope described and are valid for the period stated. Payment terms are specified at the time of quotation. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to a revised quote.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate source material and any reference information needed to complete the work, and for confirming you have the right to share the material with us.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, rights to the final deliverables transfer to you, except for our pre-existing tools and know-how. We retain the right to reference the engagement in general terms unless confidentiality requires otherwise.

Liability

We deliver our work with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
